A consultation begins with a diet (lifestyle) evaluation to allow the instructor (John Erickson) to help you personalize a plan based on your personal needs and goals. Together, we will structure and organize your meals to fit your eating schedule. The goal is to find a few meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that work for you. Consultations include 30 days of support and guidance.
